Yeah, we are using confusing language. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Qt, and Mono 
are all Free Software. MySQL and Qt use a dual (or more than dual) 
licensing scheme so that they can generate a revenue stream from 
non-free derivatives of their software. GNOME, Mono, and PostgreSQL do 
not, they allow both Free and proprietary derivatives without a royalty.
