The problem is that the skas patch changes number of args of the
do_mmap_pgoff() call, which causes all sorts of trouble.  I've fixed
that by renaming the modified do_mmap_pgoff() function to
__do_mmap_pgoff() and add a do_mmap_pgoff() inline wrapper with a
untouched arg list.  The two or three places which actually need the
extra argument must call __do_mmap_pgoff() instead of do_mmap_pgoff().
