Is there some way to cause uml to dump core? I'm especially
looking to do this when the kernel calls panic. I've tried doing
an assert at some interesting points but I just get a bunch of
messages scrolling by:
<0>Kernel panic: Kernel mode signal 8
no core is produced.
The normal i386 target also has something called show_stack
which can be useful in getting a traceback. This is not implemented
in UML.
Any help appreciated.
