Almost all of the device drivers include asm/io.h. So
it's not feasible to change them all to include
asm/arch/io.h for usermode. Instead, could asm-um/io.h
include asm/arch/io.h and then undef/define the stuff
it wants to override? Does it even need to override
anything?
