If the absolute roots changed, unison will do a full sync.
That should be fairly painless though, in terms of bandwidth
utilization, unison will build hashes of each file on each side, compare
the hashes and only need to sync changes.
You may be able to use the "rootalias" directive to get around this,
somewhat, if you want to avoid rescanning all 350GB, I believe.
