* Makefile cleanup
* Added a very primitive Mac OS X GUI written in Objective C.
  Many features are not implemented, menu items don't work, etc.
  Compile with make UISTYLE=mac, then, build the uimac project
  using Project Builder.
  It currently assumes that the ocaml library is in /sw/lib/ocaml,
  and that the unison src directory is /Users/trevor/unison/src
  (for the Project Builder linker and header flags).
  There is a possible bug in ocaml with -output-obj: it does not
  include C files, e.g., ocamlopt -output-obj ... foo.c does not
  end up linking the foo.o file into the output.  To deal with
  this I modify the PB linker flags for the moment, I also have
  a bug report in.
