I am running the W32 binary provided by the NLnetLabs website.

In Unbound 1.10.0, I used the local-data directive in service.conf much
like you would use the hosts file, so:
    local-data: "google.com A 192.168.255.255"
would restrict access to google.com

In 1.12.0, this doesn't work. I have tested things using the browser,
nslookup and dig

What changed between 1.10 & 1.12 that would cause this to quit working?
