I'd like to log and investigate slow queries sent through my DNS resolver,
but it's not obvious to me whether or not that's supported in unbound.

Looking at the manpage, it looks like the verbosity setting can log all
queries that go through it, but is there a way to only log the ones that
take say more than 1000 ms?
