I've seen a couple of references to the same error, suggesting that a
declaration of the "xml" ns prefix might cause problems:
http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/forum/webservicestoolkit.nsf/archived/D2955941
7E0EE4FBB5A2D10281D7D51A?OpenDocument
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ebxml-msg/200111/msg00006.html

This doc says it's legal to declare it:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-xml-names11-20020905/

Does the FindBusinessExample XML attempt to define the "xml" namespace
prefix? I think crimson might object to that. Could maybe try plugging in
the xerces parser instead? (not sure if you can remove the ns prefix
definition which would probably solve the problem too).
