No, since I have never found one.  I have learned net-snmp is amazingly
buggy though.

We are switching to a proprietary snmp system we licensed for future
projects though.  I don't have the patience to try and follow net-snmp's
spagethi code to try and fix the bugs.

net-snmp seems to be the most featureful open source snmp there is,
but it is also very buggy and messy code.  I guess most people just
don't care about SNMP (I would love to not care about SNMP personally,
but other people apparently want to care about it).
