Yes, I have exactly the same output.
If I remove _REALTIME in config (SCHED_OTHER instead of SCHED_RR) the
test works as expected.
However I noted there are differences from PC Linux config, try to run 
exactly
the same code to be sure the test program is OK.

My system is custom board with Microblaze on Spartan3 400 and latest CVS 
uclinux.
