Hi list,

I have some problem for booting. My architecture is an evaluation board
EB55 like. I have on it 4MB of Flash and only 1MB of RAM, CPU is an Arm7tdmi
core AT91M55800A.

When i start the kernel in RAM the console write that(at end of the mail
you can find the result of start kernel in RAM):
Command: /bin/expand /etc/ramfs.img /dev/ram0
Kernel panic: Out of memory and no killable processes...

and i don't known more about that.
Maybe the RAM is full.I dont know where the ramfs.img is expanded.

I try to start kernel in flash, because i think there is not enough space
in RAM.
My arm-elf-objdump --header

linux-2.4.x/linux: file format elf32-littlearm

But the Kernel doesn't want to start. No indication in the console.

Anybody can explain me how i can to start Kernel in flash. (White the 2.0
Kernel i don't have the problem to start in flash, and in RAM)
And how i find the RAM information(where the ramfs is linked).
Thanks for your help!

Best regards,
David Schenkel.
