Hello,

Are you using kernel 2.4.x or 2.0.x?

I had similar trouble with Kernel 2.4.x for Coldfire 5272 but got around it by
using Busybox mount. This mounts nfs volumes without using nfsmount. If you
are using sash with mount built in you have to remember to force the Busybox
version by running "/bin/mount".
