I am using the binary arm-linux-tools tool chain from snapgear. I am 
trying to cross compile some packages(iptables,snmpd) by using this 
tool-chain outside snapgear,so my question is how to use uClibc rather 
than the library inside the tool-chain to compile as snapgear does?
