I *never*, *ever* bumped an epoch in my life (unless we speak wrt ppas) :)

This is my POV on epochs!

thanks for pointing out that this workflow should *never* be done in the archive!

(this was trivial to test, and after I discovered that bionic was affected,
a build1 have been sufficient too, with bionic as target release)
