I am having problems installing the ICS component into BCB 6 Personal. Can anyone \
help me through this process? I keep getting the following error and I don't know \
what to do to fix it.

[Pascal Fatal Error] WSocketE.pas(89): File not found: 'DesignIntf.dcu'

I have tried the install suggestions on the elist.
