Summary: Transfer Encoding not defined in Mails
Description:
If I receive mails from twig with my Outlook Express, which is set for
utf-8 encoding, then german characters like "ä(ae),ö(oe),ü(ue),ß(sz)" are
corrupted.
This can easily be fixed by inserting lines like:
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain;
	charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

to the mail header. A nice feature would be if the correct charset would
be inserted (the one the browser uses when sending the page) and if the
subject would be encoded the right way.

Jorma Tuomainen <jt@wizactive.com> sent several e-mails to the devel list
that indicated that he has a patch which would provide support for this.

What about adding the patch to standard twig?

I think the right RFC is 1521
http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1521.html
I can upload some example messages if needed...
