 - March 28, 2003 (v1.0.1)

        Changes from previous version:
                 - Fixed bug introduced by msnbc :-( I wish I could figure out
                   how to get a feed from weather.com
                 - Fixed precipitation forecast bug
                 - Added more weather strings
                 - Changed the way the list of cities on the city edit
                   screen was being generated
                 - Added vailgn="top" to 2 <td>'s in weather.main.inc.php3
                 - If no cities have been added default city weather is
                   displayed
