tux chroots to cgiroot,
in your case it's /, but as you can see in extcgi.c, line 261,
all cgi requests lead to executing of /cgi-bin/progname.
So, or make correct cgiroot with needed libraries and so on
or just put all your cgi's to /cgi-bin directory.
