Hi,

The java Collection is not supported yet. We only support arrays at this 
point for web services. It shouldn't be too hard to add Collection support 
considering we already have arrays working. Can you open a JIRA so that we 
can track it? (http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY)
