Thank you Eric,
I managed to update my app.
But I must confess, that I probably used a former CVS-Head by mistake.

After collecting the necessary avalon and excalibur libs and removing some
Torque-Properties, it worked.

No, it is built in..  However, the MerlinComponentService needs work..  For
example, Merlin downloads dependencies....  (similar to Maven)..  However,
it puts them in your user.dir/.merlin and we really want it to use
everything out of /web-inf/lib (at least for now).

So, i removed it from TR.props..  However, the LoginUser action was calling
a component that was looking for Merlin, ergo the problem!  It is fixed in
CVS.

When updating to 2.4 however there are a BUNCH of new libs..  All the non
Turbine core code in turbine is deprecated and will be removed in 2.5.  That
code has moved to Fulcrum as actual Avalon components.  This will allow
these components to be updated on their own schedule.  It will also make the
Turbine core much smaller.

Look at the project.xml in jakarta-turbine-2 to see them.  Also, look at
conf/ComponentConfiguration.xml and conf/roleConfiguration.xml to see how
you configure these components.

And documentation/patches would be most gratefully accepted.
