No, Turba will always use 'name' and shouldn't be changed. You need to  
take care that the 'name' field is writable though. Since the Outlook  
scheme uses a composite field for 'name' and composite fields aren't  
writable in the release version, this won't work.

Just don't use a composite setting for the 'name' field, but use it as  
a regular field like in the default address book scheme.
