Yeah, this is a great problem I dealt with while writing this driver. I had 
no idea how to manage this on the ui side.

A possible solution would be to add extra fields for sur- and first name to 
you local source and map them directly to the corresponding Outlook fields. 
But that would probably break things in the interaction with imp, because 
it requests and stores only fullnames.
