You need to run TZupdate srom Sun (http://h18012.www1.hp.com/java/alpha/DST-US.html) \
to adjust the TZ/DST issue. This doesn't work on versions prior to 1.3.

Thanks for everyone's input.

Subject: Tru64 Java Daylight Savings Time change

I have the dupatch to edit TZ files for the upcoming US DST date change. On the HP \
link for this, it also referenced the need to change Java for Tru64, but only talked \
in terms of the Australian TZ change. I know Java is a application that may need \
patching to accomodate the TZ changes (I have an OS patch for my AIX boxes that fixes \
Java).

Does anyone know if I need to address Java for the timezome issues?

Tru64 5.1A PK6
Java versions 1.1.8010 and 1.4.2-2

Thanks,

Rich
