Hi,
was a bit sad, could not resolve that issue and nobody replied.
;)
For me, its a workaraound, the dbauth package works fine for me.
However, the natmaster tutorial is faulty, the correct settings for
the trac.ini can be found here:

Help on my original problem still appreciated.
