When trying to attach a file to a trac wiki page I get the following:

Oops...
Trac detected an internal error:

[Errno 13] Permission denied:
'/var/data/trac/attachments/wiki/ByrneJB_Coding_p003'

If you think this really should work and you can reproduce it. Then you should
consider to report this problem to the Trac team.

Go to http://trac.edgewall.com/ and create a new ticket where you describe the
problem, how to reproduce it. Don't forget to include the python traceback
found below.

This is the first upload that I have attempted since upgrading this
trac-environment to trac-0.9.5 and I successfully uploaded files using
trac-0.9.4.  I have not recreated the enviorment directories nor consciously
altered their access modes.  Are there any ideas out there about what has
happened?
