New issue 542 by tortoisesvn: Restore-after-commit should also restore the
ignore-on-commit state
http://code.google.com/p/tortoisesvn/issues/detail?id=542

 From the mailing list:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/ds/viewMessage.do?dsForumId=4061&dsMessageId=3062357

I have a file in my ignore-on-commit changelist, because of 1 line that I
keep uncommented for my own debugging purpose.

Quite rarely I have to change that file elsewhere. The new
restore-after-commit is very fine for that case : I just comment back the
line, commit, and get it back.

Minor problem : it has been excluded from the changelist...

Suggestion : files tagged for restore-after-commit should be kept in the
ignore-on-commit list, since they will get back the modified statut after
commit.
