Dear Mário,

The mailing list you have written to is hosted on the right server
(tigris.org) but I assume unfortunately you have picked the wrong
project:
tortoisesvn integrates subversion into the windows explorer and the
standard file dialogs of most apps. 
Integration into eclipse is done by subversive or subclipse instead.
Tortoisesvn AFAIK already contains a way to configure the colors in the
diff viewer so this project might 
be an intermediate solution for the problem, though.
