Ha ha.. yes, 1.6.1, seriously. I have been using git, and have not needed svn for a \
while now.
I downloaded the older 1.6 versions (and visited one of your sponsors while I \
waited). The 1.6.17.msi would not uninstall (same error, network path), but \
1.6.15.msi did successfully uninstall 1.6 for me. Now I am on the latest 1.7 x64.

If the msi is not correct, you have to use another mirror to download it.

1.6.1? Seriously?
First, install the latest 1.6 version. That will get rid of the 1.6.1 you have \
installed. Then, uninstall the latest 1.6.x version again. Since you now have the msi \
of that version you want to uninstall, the deinstallation should succeed.
