While I could change TSVN to allow more than the default number or chars 
in an edit control, I don't think it's a good idea to 'fix' this.
Having 400 externals is a very, very clear sign that you're not using 
Subversion right and that you should consider reorganizing your 
repository layout instead.
Using 400 externals in one folder is a bad, very bad idea because a 
simple update would take ages (and put a *lot* of stress on your repo 
server).
