In TortoiseSVN 1.5.0 there will be some additional menu items in the context 
menu of TortoiseBlame: "Blame previous revision", "Show differences" 
and "Show log", see http://issues.tortoisesvn.net/?do=details&task_id=343.

This has already been implemented and is available in the nightly builds.
