Out of interest, why on earth did you put the screenshot inside a Word 
document?! Why didn't you just attach the screenshot to the e-mail??? I 
would expect my mum to do this, but not a software developer! Everyone 
can view a GIF file, but only a few people have Microsoft office installed.

Oh well, it got a few laughs around my office anyway.
