Jar files in the wrong directories.

As I've seen nothing go by on this for a week or so I wondered if I could also 
ask for clarification. Isn't the solution to this to put the jars in 
the 'right' place. Basically I moved 
activation.jar 
crimson.jar
jaxp.jar
jdbc2_0-stdext.jar
jta-spec1_0_1.jar
ldap.jar
mail.jar and
tyrex-0.9.7.0.jar

to server/lib

The common/lib directory is now back to what the rc1 releases looked like (I 
dont't have rc2).

My apps all now work, but I'm assuming it can't be this simple - could anybody 
comment?
