NetApp Release 5.3.6R2

hello,

In our environment, we're experiencing that  those  who
applied  sp1  to their windows 2000 professional are no
longer able to map a drive off a share served by netapp
filer -- They were able before applying sp1.

Does that mean such users  need  to  wait  for  sp2  to
arrive?
