Latest TMDA running on Redhat Fedora Core1 running on qmail.

This installation was working when it was put in but after about a day or so 
it ceased sending confirmation messages out. I do not believe that this is a 
problem with qmail as all the messages are going through tmda and being 
fowarded on to an exchange server, and for the users that aren't enabled to 
be confirmed the fowarding is working fine, as is when a confirmed or 
whitelisted user send mail to the user, just no confirmation messages going 
out.

Anything I can try, if you answer assume I know very little about Linux in 
general.
