Srikanth,

IRIX comes with an SNMP agent in the eoe.sw.netman subsystem (the name
is slightly different in vesions before 6.2).  This subsystem is not
installed by default.  The agent supports MIB-II.  Recently SGI have
been shipping more sophisticated agents that can be extended.  There's
also a product (IRIXpro?) that includes sub-agents that give access to
system metrics such as CPU and memory usage etc.
