Subject:    [tkined] Trouble Installing Build scotty-00-02-21(3.0) with TCL 8.4.1

TCL Version = 8.4.1 
Scotty Version = 3.0.0 (Build is labeled scotty-00-02-21) 
Issues: 
	Script is hard coded to look for 8.2 and errors out.
*	edit the configure script and replace 8.2 with 8.4 
*	This fixes the errors when trying running the configure script
2. "make install" fails 
	Installing ./../tnm/mibs/TUBS-IBR-PROC-MIB 
	Installing ./../tnm/mibs/TUBS-IBR-TEST-MIB 
	Installing ./../tnm/mibs/TUBS-IBR-TNM-MIB 
	Installing ./../tnm/mibs/TUNNEL-MIB 
	Installing ./../tnm/mibs/UDP-MIB 
	Installing ./../tnm/mibs/UPS-MIB 
	Installing ./../tnm/mibs/WWW-MIB 
	Installing ./../tnm/mibs/SNMPv2-CONF 
	Installing ./../tnm/mibs/TUBS-IBR-TNM-COMPAT 
	initialization failed: couldn't load file
"/usr/local/lib/tnm3.0.0.so": /usr/local/lib/tnm3.0.0.so: undefined symbol:
TclpCreateDirectory 
	make: *** [tnm-install-mibs] Error 1 
	Can anyone offer any suggestion of fixes for this issue?

Has anyone here successfully installed scotty with 8.4.1?
