Not really, since IFRAME doesn't exist in XHTML 1.0, as it has been 
dropped, for favor of the use of <object> instead.

of course, support for <object> referring to an html source, as well as 
support for IFRAME, have always been flakey.

It's still MUCH better, to use SSI/CGI/PHP to create the page if that is 
all you are wanting to accomplish.

And if you are wanting to be a nice scrollable window, use CSS to make it so.
