Well, I've found out real fast. The response I get from

http://www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/ssi/page.html

to call the document page.html from the vhost docroot is:

404 Not Found, The requested server-side-includes filename, /july2001.html,
does not seem to exist.

Any ideas? This must be a simple/stupid mistake in my setup.
