When maxconnects is reached you should get "too many connections!" in
syslog. Also look at netstat on your server machine. There should not be
more than 4 "ESTABLISHED" connections. I don't know what Getright does.

Set
	maxconnects = 4
instead of
	maxconnects -= SPARE_FDS;
(around line 468) in thttpd.c, recompile, reinstall, restart thttpd.
