I tried to install Hotfix release 7 and the server rebooted in the middle of
it.  That, in turn broke Presentation Server 4.5 on Windows 2003.  When I
try to repair it, I get the errors:

Installation ended prematurely because of an error.
Followed by:
Fatal error during installation

The server is otherwise fine.  Right now,  only RDP connections are working.
ICA is broken.

How can I uninstall or repair PS 4.5?
