Dear fellow administrator,

According to MS licensing whitepaper, Windows 2000 Terminal Services 
licensing model should be set as "Per Seat/Device". If during 
installation of Windows 2000 Server, the licensing is set as "Per 
Server" and later add Terminal Services functionality into this same 
server, does it has any functional problems that might cause the 
server to be unstable.

Any suggestions?
