Hi !
Before sending bugs report, I would like to known, 
if someone can explain me how to obtain, if it's
possible, an ogg file with these param:

A)ffmpeg2theora -fps12.5 -o output.ogg -x 176 -y 144
-V 40 -A10 -H 8000  -c1 xxx.avi 

it seems me that -fps12.5 doesn't work as a metod to
create a 12.5fps for modem 

also 

B) ffmpeg2theora  -o xxx.ogg -x 320 -y 240 -V 110 -A32
-H 32000  xxx.avi 

The command above without -c1 is not compliant with
Vorbis.

Basically, which is the matrix fo the audio under 45K,
and video as well ?
