I would suggest using a CMML file and an Ogg file and display it in a
Web page with a HTML5 video element, writing some javascript that can
synchronise the display of the images out of the CMML. Shouldn't be
that hard - reuse some of the code from
http://www.annodex.net/~silvia/itext/elephant_no_skin.html - just make
sure to keep the license. :-)
