Hi,
I'd say: both.
It is a personal judgment.
I did some tests and I feel that the two passes encoding is slightly better
for the same filesize.
You can see a results here: http://gameclash.perso.sfr.fr, my page is in
french but we are only interested in pictures, aren't we ?
