Sadly, we don't have export support. You can try exporting to "raw" DV 
instead of the quicktime version. ffmpeg2theora might have a better 
chance of handling that.

Also, I've heard VLC has a transcode option hidden in the menus. If it 
can play your dv export you might look at that.
