Update of /cvsroot/tep/catalog/catalog/includes/classes

Removed Files:
	_fedex.php 
Log Message:
The FedEx shipping module no longer works with the updated FedEx RateFinder
service, as the new service requires two requests to the server to be made
which is inappropriate for realtime rate lookups

FedEx have another service available but an application is needed server
side in order to make requests.

A representative from FedEx has mentioned that they are working on a new
XML based service which will be available early 2003.
