Yes, the entry box auto-completes with folders and files, though the picker
only selects files at the moment. So you can choose a file and then
manually edit the value to point to the folder without too much trouble.

The url can be set to stay relative to the location of the Tellico data
file by adding a property to the field, named "relative" and set to "true".
