Is there a way to produce reports where the sorting is case INsensitive?

When I produce group listings from my music collection, the artists 
whose names start with lower case letters always go at the end of the 
report.  I have forgotten that a few times, and as a result wound up 
buying duplicates.

de Falla, Manuel
de Sarasate, Pablo
lang, k.d.
pApAs fritAs
von Suppe, Franz
von Weber, Carl Maria
