-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The 8th International Conference on Communications and Networking in \
China (ChinaCom 2013) http://chinacom.org/2013/
August 14¨C16, 2013 Guilin, People's Republic of China

Theme£º Enrich our life with smarter and greener connections
Chinacom is developing into a premier international annual conference for the \
presentation of original research advances in the field of communications, networking \
and advance information technologies. Following the great success of Chinacom06-12, \
ChinaCom 2013 continues to welcome scholars and engineers in the ICT section from \
around the world. Focused in the theme of enriching our life with smarter and greener \
connections, the conference will held several symposiums, tutorials, and workshops to \
cover the ongoing edge topics, e.g., cloud computing, green communication, Internet \
of things, heterogeneous networking. ChinaCom 2013 will be held in Guilin, one of \
the most beautiful city in South China, from 14-16, August, 2013. Prospective authors \
are welcome to submit their original research papers for publication in this \
conference. Topics fall in the ICT section are all accepted, and some of them are \
listed as guidance for each Symposium. [Publication]
1.All accepted and presented papers will be included in the ChinaCom2013 Conference \
Proceedings, made available in IEEE Xplore (approved), and then submitted for \
Engineering Index (EI Compendex). Papers accepted and presented in ChinaCom2006-2012 \
have been indexed by EI entirely. 2.Selected best and outstanding papers will be \
considered for publication in special issues of MONET and SCN (SCI indexed) after \
further extension. 3.Best Paper Awards:The Organizing Committee will select the best \
papers of each symposium and present the authors with best paper awards during the \
conference.
